Pricing

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (10% Goods and Service Tax). We only accept payment in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the moment, we accept payment in AUD through all major credit cards, PayPal and other payment methods (such as Afterpay). All of your information is secure and sent through our trusted SSL encryption. We also reserve the right to update and change prices shown on the website at any time.

Availability & Pre-Orders

Not that we ever want this to happen, but there may be a chance we don't have something in stock as listed as in stock on the website. If this is the case and you order this product, we will contact you as soon as possible to organise an alternative such as placing the item on backorder or provide a full refund. 

If you purchase an item that is marked as Pre-Order you will be advised the moment the item becomes available and we will ship your order out within 1-3 business days. 

Domestic Shipping

FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE

All of our clothing range includes FREE SHIPPING. Other brands and products may incur shipping fees which will be shown at the checkout. If you have any questions please contact us at orders@soilandbone.com.au.

We aim to have all of our orders out within 1-3 business days of receiving payment in full. All of our orders are sent via Australia Post (or any other appropriate delivery courier throughout Australia). The size of the products you order will vary the methods of shipping, price and delivery. 

If you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible please make sure to select Express Post during at the checkout, however, if this isn't available please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@soilandbone.com.au.

On the off chance you are not home the courier service will normally leave a card letting you know where you can pick up your delivery. We can ask the courier to leave the item unattended (without signing) but we will need you to instruct us when you checkout. Soil + Bone will not be liable for any missing or damaged items. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through Australia Post. There are some items that are not available for international shipping (at the checkout) and will require quoting. Please reach out to us at orders@soilandbone.com.au for a quick quote.

There may be additional local custom fees such as duties or taxes on imported products. We would recommend you check with your local customs office to find out more.
