Return or Exchange


We understand that ordering online can be a little daunting, which is why we offer hassle-free exchange or returns if your purchase is not what you were expecting (wrong size or colour). 

We only ask that you return your item unused, unworn and in brand new condition. This includes having all the packaging in the right place, including the original labels attached (where they should be). If it isn't, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your exchange or returns request.

To successfully apply for an exchange or return please note the following:

  • All items need to be unused, unworn and in brand new condition.
  • The item is returned within 14-days of the date of transaction.
  • Provide your order number for proof of purchase.

We don't want to be 'that guy' as much as the next person, which is why we ask that you please follow these requirements.

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items.

All of our products are produced to the highest standard possible so that you are as happy with your order as we are. We make sure that all of our orders that go out are checked for any defaults. However, if you do receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered please let us know and we will be more than happy to provide you with postage and a replacement.
