While we're sorry to see you go, we understand that you may not want to receive our emails all the time. In that case, just click 'View Entire Message' and you should be able to see the rest.

Our online store is our primary retail experience. We are working to partner with like minded retailers to stock our products in the future which we will announce once confirmed.

You will see we have two stock statuses: Our in-stock items are ready to go and are typically be shipped within 1-3 business days and pre-order which will ship at a later date once the stock has arrived. By purchasing our pre-order stock you are able to secure your item once the stock has arrived in our warehouse.

Both ways involve the same transaction process. We will charge your chosen payment method once you have checked out, not when your item is shipped.

At the moment this isn't possible but we are working with our technical team to implement this feature in the future. If you would like us to delete your data collected through our website please contact us and we will sort this out for you.

When you purchase something from Soil + Bone you will be given the option to create an account. If you simply follow the instructions you will be able to set up your account, assign a password and your account with be activated. You will be able to view your orders, shipping and billing information.

If you are having issues setting up your account please contact us and we will send you an account initiation or the ability to reset your password.

You should be able to reset your password by clicking 'reset your password' below the sign in form. If you aren't able to find this then give us a shout by emailing us and we can help you out.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Unless you are combining payment with a gift card, only one method of payment is accepted at checkout. 

When you order a pre-order item you will be charged upon checkout. We do this so that you are able to secure your item the moment it arrives into our warehouse. We also keep you up to date with production and order status so you're fully aware.
